Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms apply to every class, pass and membership at Duna Yoga. Booking a class means you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment or a valid pass credit is registered. Classes hold a maximum of 14 mats and are allocated in order of booking.
You must be 16 or older to book independently. Younger students are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Cancellations and late arrival
Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the class starts. Cancellations after that, and no-shows, use one credit or one class from your pass.
The studio door closes at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted, out of respect for the practice already in progress.
3. Passes and memberships
Drop-in classes are valid for the booked session only. A Ten Pass is valid for four months from purchase and may be shared with one other person.
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date, effective from that date. Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to two months.
Passes and memberships are non-refundable except where Dutch consumer law provides otherwise, or where we cancel a class and cannot offer an alternative.
4. Your health and responsibility
Yoga is a physical practice. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own limits, resting when needed and following your teacher’s guidance.
Tell your teacher before class about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions. If you are unsure whether practice is right for you, consult a doctor first.
Duna Yoga is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
5. Studio etiquette
Shoes are left at the entrance and phones stay silent and out of the practice room. We keep the studio scent-free and quiet so everyone can settle.
We may refuse or end access, without refund, in case of behaviour that makes the space unsafe or unwelcoming for others.
6. Schedule changes
We may change teachers, times or the schedule when needed. If we cancel a class, your credit is returned in full or you may move to another session.
7. Personal belongings
Lockers are provided but not monitored. Please leave valuables at home; the studio is not liable for items lost or left behind.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. Questions? Write to hello@dunayoga.nl.
